Support package Recommended

£65 + VAT/user/month

Unlimited telephone and remote support during standard hours, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint assistance, Guardz cyber security, centrally managed email signatures, SharePoint backup, routine account administration and basic website changes.

Contracted onsite rate

£55 + VAT/hour

Hardware and onsite network visits for contracted clients, with no separate callout fee. Larger website work and other projects are agreed and quoted separately at £55 + VAT per hour.

Optimise will review the current setup and coordinate the website hosting transfer once approved.
